Krivox Inc. ("Krivox," "we," "us," or "our") is a Delaware C-Corporation that operates the Apex Opinion platform, a cross-border medical second opinion service. This Privacy Policy applies to our marketing website located at krivox.io (the "Site").
Important distinction: This policy covers the krivox.io marketing website only. The Apex Opinion clinical platform, which handles protected health information (PHI), is governed by a separate HIPAA Privacy Notice and Terms of Service. That notice will be made available when the clinical platform launches.

Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand Site traffic patterns, measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts, and improve Site content and performance. We do not use analytics data to personally identify individual visitors.

All data transmitted through this Site is encrypted in transit via TLS (HTTPS). Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms' secure infrastructure and delivered to our email. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information under our control.
